It’s our goal to provide you with the most value for the best possible price. We save you money in lots of ways. For one thing, our advertising is mainly word of mouth. Our tour lodging is generally modest and we don’t have a fleet of vehicles to purchase and maintain. But most of all, our dedicated and knowledgeable staff are all volunteers. They’re the best!

Shop this price around - this year our China/Vietnam tour costs $3350 for 17 days, and that's just $197 per day!  For comparison's sake we've calculated a per-day rate because that's what most companies advertise, although it's not a true picture. Including the last day in the formula lowers the prorated cost because it doesn't include lodging expense.

On our California Coast Redwoods tour you get 8 days for $1025, or $128 per day. This tour is a mix of camping & motels with all "camp style" breakfasts included.  We don't provide all the dinners because we have to increase the entire tour price quite a bit to budget for a range of restaurant menu prices.  This way, when you're on your own for dinner you can eat where and what you want - deli sandwich or white tablecloth experience - and you can dine alone or with a group.
