register for a tour, please
contact us by phone, mail or e-mail, and give us
your name, phone number, e-mail address
and the tour in which you are interested.
We will reply to your questions
or complete your registration. Checks can simply be mailed
with a note that includes the above information. We do not
accept credit cards, but can arrange to send an invoice through
PayPal for an additional fee.

form does not commit you or Imagine Tours to a tour in any
way. Please note this is a request for a reservation of space
and
NOT a confirmation that your reservation has been accepted.
A tour you choose may be fully booked.

Our Policies
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Deposits: $500
for Covered Bridges; $1000 for China/Vietnam.
Balances due: Full payment required 60 days prior to tour departure.
Additional $1000 deposit required for China/Vietnam 4 months prior
to departure, with balance of $998 due 60 days out.
CANCELLATION
POLICY FOR DOMESTIC TOURS
Please note cancellation dates and read this policy carefully. No
exceptions can be made. Cancellations must be in writing, by regular
post or e-mail. If Imagine Tours must cancel a tour, all payments
will be refunded, but Imagine Tours cannot be responsible for airfare
or other expenses. Supplemental travel insurance is strongly recommended.

GENERAL
INFORMATION
We may modify itineraries at any time
if necessary. Helmets and adherence to vehicle laws are mandatory
and a signed release of liability is required before participation
on any tour. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied
by a guardian, & special arrangements may be necessary for hotel
lodging. It is not possible to make cost adjustments for late arrivals
or early departures.
